Healing Justice

A Virtual Event With SIOV & Qui Alexander

SIOV is excited to announce our first virtual event: Healing Justice with featured speaker Qui Alexander on Thursday, July 30th at 6:00PM.

In honor of Minority Mental Health Month, we invite you to join a critical conversation at the intersection of mental health, racial and gender awareness.

SIOV is committed to empowering individuals while unpacking social structures and risk factors like racism and inequality that impact mental health and well-being.

#MinorityMentalHealthMonth

During the pandemic, we’re leveraging technology to forward this initiative and keep our community connected in a time of social distancing and isolation.

As we seek out new ways to empower you to find your inner sources of strength and resilience, we’re committed to amplifying voices of color and stories that need to be both told and heard.

Designed to educate and empower our community, this facilitated discussion will include an interactive Q&A component to encourage reflection and self-awareness.

Featured Speaker: Qui Alexander

A Conversation at the Intersection of Race, Gender, and Mental Health
